Bord Ertach Kernow is an evolution of the Heritage Kernow Board.

Bord Ertach Kernow consists of representatives of the public, private, voluntary and community organisations with an interest in Cornwall’s historic environment. The Bord are committed to driving forward Heritage at the Heart of an Evolving Cornwall: A Strategy for Cornwall’s Historic Environment (2022 – 2030). Through collaboration and influence, we work to reposition heritage so that it plays a more strategic role in how Cornwall manages change and integrate heritage policies and plans as a proactive force for positive change. The Chair of Bord Ertach Kernow is Cornwall Council's portfolio holder for Environment and Climate Change.

Organisations represented include Cornwall Council, Bewnans Kernow, Cornwall’s National Landscape, Cornwall Archaeological Society, Cornish Buildings Group, Cornwall Buildings Preservation Trust, Cornwall Heritage Trust, Cornwall Land & Business Association, Federation of Old Cornwall Societies, English Heritage, Gorsedh Kernow, Historic England, National Trust, Natural England, Tamar Valley National Landscape, Visit Cornwall, WHS Partnership, Royal Institution of Cornwall, University of Exeter, Institute of Cornish Studies.
