We are conducting this survey to gain a clearer understanding of how Blue Badge holders experience the scheme in Cornwall. We want to learn more about your understanding of the scheme, how well it works for you day-to-day, and your perceptions of how Blue Badges are used across our communities.
Your feedback will help us identify how we can better support you—whether through clearer information, improved accessibility, or changes to the way the scheme is managed. It will also help us understand whether current levels of enforcement are appropriate, and where further action may be needed to protect the integrity of the scheme and ensure fair access for all eligible users.
