Healthy Ageing Survey
Thank you for taking part in our survey.
We're interested in how we support and encourage people over the age of 55, who can be active, to be more active. We want to hear your views on the ways in which those over 55 are traditionally represented (for example, in the media), as well as understanding your current activity levels and what’s preventing or motivating you to be active. Through this survey, our aim is to create and deliver an inclusive marketing campaign that will help to provide advice and guidance on physical activity.

Once the survey has closed, your data will be held within Cornwall Council’s secure network and premises for up to 2 years. Access to your information will only be made to authorised members of staff who are required to process it for the purposes outlined in this privacy notice.
