Healthwatch Cornwall is the local health and social care champion. They are an independent organisation and have the statutory powers to ensure NHS and Social Care leaders and other decision makers hear the voice of Cornwall’s residents and use this feedback to improve health and social care services. This includes GPs and hospitals, dentists, pharmacies, care homes, and a range of other health, care and support services in Cornwall.
The contract for the provision of Healthwatch core services and the management of local partnership boards is due to end on 31 May 2024. As part of the recommissioning of this contract the Council would like to invite feedback from key stakeholders about how these services are working in Cornwall and ideas about the development of the future commissioning arrangements.

Survey responses will be collected using the Let’s Talk Cornwall survey software. By completing this survey, you consent to this transfer of your information. This includes any information which may represent your personal data. All the information you share with Care and Wellbeing will be stored safely for the duration of the evaluation. It will be destroyed one year after it has finished.
