You have either applied or been referred to Winter Wellbeing; this could have been directly via Cornwall Council’s Public Health Team, Inclusion Cornwall, the NHS, or by one of our local partners such as Community Energy Plus (CEP). We have been holding your details to provide some form of support, for example works to your home to improve the energy efficiency.
This is where we need your help as we realise that despite our best efforts communication from Cornwall Council or OVO may have lapsed. This is not intentional and is a result of change over from one funded project to the next. However, we are now looking to work with our suppliers to instruct retrofit surveys. It is therefore important for us to know your current situation, particularly if you feel we have not contacted you for some time or you are not sure what is happening.
Funding is available now for the installation of energy efficiency measures, and by updating your circumstances we will seek to match you with funding available for renewable or electric heating, insulation, solar PV and other qualifying measures. It is likely that we will need to contact you to gather up to date supporting information, to ensure that you still meet the eligibility criteria for the current scheme.
We realise that some of you may no longer require this service – perhaps the work has already been carried out by your own contractor. It is equally important for us to know this in order we can remove your contact details, and this option is at the front of the survey to save you time. If you are not sure please complete the form anyway for our review – it is only short and may mean that we can still assist you with valuable energy saving measures. If we do not have a reply from you by the 29th September then we will assume you no longer wish to receive support through these schemes and we will remove your application and contact details. PLEASE DO THIS NOW as we are unable to follow up on non return.
