At Cornwall Council, we are reviewing our current face-to-face offer, so that we can continue to make our services more inclusive and accessible.
We understand that there may be a number of residents who do not come directly to us for support, and may reach out to other organisations first. By completing this short survey, you will help us get a better understanding of all of the places that our residents go to for help with Cornwall Council services, and the level of support that is available to them at these different locations.
