Cornwall Council wants your help in developing a vision for transport in Truro. We’ve seen lots of changes in recent months and years that we need to embrace as we look to the future including:
The £25m Towns Fund for Truro that could bring about some radical changes for the city
Our commitments to act on climate change, air quality and healthy lifestyles
New technologies and ways of working including following Covid-19 e.g. e-bikes, online service provision, home working, etc
Emphasis and funding for active travel measures and high street regeneration
New developments and other initiatives in and around the city
As part of this process we would like to hear from you about your thoughts on transport and movement in and around Truro at present. We’d also like to hear what changes we could make to create a more beautiful, sustainable, and liveable Truro for the future. The aim will be to complete a new vision for adoption by Cornwall Council early in 2021.
