Our induction process is designed for new employees to welcome them to Cornwall Council, and to ensure they are supported in their service area and role. We have recently published new online inductions for Care and Wellbeing & Together for Families directorates. Employees who work across both directorates may be provided with both; ie if you are employed in:
Business Support, Integrated Systems and Performance
Integrated People Services
Our new process is designed to:
be used to complement the Council's Corporate Induction process
provide an overview of each directorate, priorities and how we work
provide support and guidance on the things that matter to you in your first few weeks
It is not designed to replace your specific service or team induction.
We would be grateful if you would take 5 minutes to complete our short online survey below. The information provided will be used to help improve the induction process for future new employees. The information you provide will not be used for any other purpose.
