Thank you for your interest in these proposals. The consultation has now closed.

It is proposed to introduce No waiting at any time restrictions (double yellow lines).

What are we consulting on?

No waiting at any time restrictions (double yellow lines) at Boscarnek in St Erth.

Why are we doing this?

The aim of this scheme is to ensure clear access and safe turning movements for all vehicles, with particular consideration for larger vehicles such as refuse collection trucks. To achieve this, sections of "No Waiting at Any Time" (double yellow line) restrictions will be introduced within the turning area.

These highway improvements have been agreed as part of a Section 38 legal agreement between a developer and Cornwall Council, in connection with the construction of a new housing development at Boscarnek, St Erth.
