Cornwall Council is working with selected schools to deliver the School Superzones programme, which aims to improve pupil health, safety and wellbeing by promoting safer streets, cleaner air, and more active travel to school.

We are asking parents, carers and school staff to complete this short survey to help us understand current travel patterns and any barriers to walking, wheeling or cycling. Your feedback will inform improvements around the school and support lasting behaviour change over the two-year pilot programme

  • Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. It is part of the Cornwall School Superzones Project, an initiative focused on improving the areas around schools to support safer, cleaner, and more active journeys for pupils.

We are gathering views from parents, school staff, and members of the wider community to understand current conditions around local schools, including road safety, traffic, air quality, and travel habits.

Your feedback will help us build a clear picture of what is happening now, identify any concerns, and highlight what is working well. This will inform future actions to improve the school environment and support healthier, safer journeys for children and the community.
