We are starting with a review of the services responsible for the delivery of:
Licensing
Food hygiene, health and safety
Community and environmental protection (including water quality, contaminated land)
We want to understand what your experience is of these services, and what changes we could make to improve. We will make available a range of surveys that enable you to provide your feedback. These survey results will be analysed and published. They will help to design helpful solutions in the right order, improving your experience and how we work. We will share the changes we've made as a result of the feedback we receive.
All our surveys are now closed. We have published the results to the Licensing and Food surveys. We are currently analysing the Private Water survey results.
