We are currently in the process of procuring a dedicated providers online platform which will be available for all our providers. It will be a reference point for your training, information, resources and will deliver weekly updates.
Part of the implementation process requires us to add your setting, as well as your staff and provider contacts who you think will need an account. Please note that:
every member of staff who needs to attend training will need an account
you must nominate one of your members of staff to be the CPD Lead. This means that they will get alerts to approve training bookings for your organisation if there are costs attached. This can be the manager, or a member of staff.
We will need the questionnaire below completed before we can start to create your accounts.
Your data will be stored securely and will only be accessible by members of Care and Wellbeing. Your consent for your data to be used in the evaluation will be assumed from you starting the survey.

Survey responses will be collected using the Let’s Talk Cornwall survey software. By completing this survey, you consent to this transfer of your information. This includes any information which may represent your personal data. All the information you share with Care and Wellbeing will be stored safely for the duration of the evaluation. It will be destroyed one year after it has finished.
