Please read the following information carefully which outlines what would be expected from you. At the end you will be able to confirm whether you are still interested in becoming a trial provider.

Providers may come onboard the trial at different times in order to ensure we have enough resource to support the trial and the providers involved.

Your Feedback

  • You may be required to attend regular feedback meetings via Teams
  • You may be sent surveys which will be compulsory to complete giving your feedback throughout the trial

Your Payments

  • There is the possibility of a short delay in some payments as we work through processing these in the new system

Your Clients

  • You will be required to work closely with your clients and support them through the trial so they transition smoothly to paying Cornwall Council directly.
  • There may be some clients excluded from the gross payments trial where they pay client contribution to more than one provider

If you decide to proceed with the trial you will be required to enter into a legal document to formally vary the terms of your existing contract with Cornwall Council to reflect the revised payment arrangements agreed as part of the trial.

If you confirm you are happy with the criteria listed above and are still interested in the Provider Portal and Gross Payment trial, please complete the form below.
