Please read the following information carefully which outlines what would be expected from you. At the end you will be able to confirm whether you are still interested in becoming a trial provider.
Providers may come onboard the trial at different times in order to ensure we have enough resource to support the trial and the providers involved.
Your Feedback
You may be required to attend regular feedback meetings via Teams
You may be sent surveys which will be compulsory to complete giving your feedback throughout the trial
Your Payments
There is the possibility of a short delay in some payments as we work through processing these in the new system
Your Clients
You will be required to work closely with your clients and support them through the trial so they transition smoothly to paying Cornwall Council directly.
There may be some clients excluded from the gross payments trial where they pay client contribution to more than one provider
If you decide to proceed with the trial you will be required to enter into a legal document to formally vary the terms of your existing contract with Cornwall Council to reflect the revised payment arrangements agreed as part of the trial.

Your data will be stored securely and will only be accessible by members of Care and Wellbeing. Your consent for your data to be used in the evaluation will be assumed from you starting the survey.

Survey responses will be collected using the Let’s Talk Cornwall survey software. By completing this survey, you consent to this transfer of your information. This includes any information which may represent your personal data. All the information you share with Care and Wellbeing will be stored safely for the duration of the evaluation. It will be destroyed one year after it has finished.
