First batch of surveys completed

During October JBA Consulting completed the first batch of 30 surveys for this PFR scheme. The surveyors enjoyed visiting the properties and meeting everyone on the scheme. The surveys covered all of Cornwall, from Saltash to Bude to Penzance. During the surveys, JBA:

  • investigate potential entrance and exit routes for water in the property, including doors and air bricks
  • ask questions to better understand any previous flooding
  • assess likely flood height at the property
  • identify potential resilience measures

JBA are now writing up the reports from these surveys, including next steps.
