Cornwall Council is currently developing its Post-16 Inclusion Pathway and exploring future commissioning, fee modelling and contractual arrangements for Post-16 SEND provision. This follows earlier engagement with young people, parent carers and providers, which has helped identify the need for clearer pathways, stronger Preparation for Adulthood outcomes, reduced duplication of learning, better destination tracking and improved transparency around provision and costs.
This survey is not part of a formal tender process. It is intended to help Cornwall Council understand provider views before finalising commissioning intentions, future specifications and any route-to-market recommendations.

Survey responses will be collected using the Let’s Talk Cornwall survey software. By completing this survey, you consent to this transfer of your information. This includes any information which may represent your personal data.
All the information you share with Together for Families will be stored safely for the duration of the evaluation. It will be destroyed one year after it has finished.
