We are proposing to improve access to the bus services at Tremethick Cross.
What are we consulting on?
We are proposing improvements to the existing bus stop located along Boscathnoe Lane at the C0167/A3071 junction.
The proposal involves the installation of a new footway and a bench at the bus stop to provide a safe waiting area for passengers.
Why are we doing this?
This area has been identified by the local community as requiring improvements and Cornwall Council as part of their programme of upgrading bus stops across Cornwall to make public transport more user friendly.
Currently, passengers waiting for buses stand on uneven grass verge. The new footway will provide improved safety, convenience, and greater accessibility.
