We are proposing to improve access to the bus services at Trengwainton Gardens.
What are we consulting on?
We are proposing improvements to the existing bus stop located along Boscathnoe Lane at the Boscathnoe Lane/Nanseglos Hill junction.
We are going to install a new bus stop footway and a bench to provide a safe waiting area for passengers.
Why are we doing this?
This area has been identified by the local community as requiring improvements and Cornwall Council as part of their programme of upgrading bus stops across Cornwall to make public transport more user friendly.
Currently, passengers waiting for buses stand at the edge of the carriageway or adjacent to the entrance of Trengwainton Gardens. The new footway will provide improved safety, convenience, and greater accessibility.
Next steps.
We welcome all comments and suggestions regarding this proposal.
Any feedback received will be collated and considered before a final decision is made and we proceed.
