As a condition of the Market Sustainability and Improvement Fund, Cornwall Council has been asked to collect data on the adult care sector workforce relating to starters and leavers in April 2024.

Please click on the survey below to indicate the number of people who started work with you in the month of April 2024 and also the number of people who left your employment in that same month. We are asking for this data on a tight timeline in accordance with the terms of the fund and we very much appreciate your participation. Please submit your response before 10am on Monday 13th May.
