Tell us your views about Lifeline
Technology Enabled Care (TEC) supports people to maintain their independence at home by offering round-the-clock reassurance that help is at hand when it’s most needed.
Lifeline is Cornwall Council’s in-house TEC service provider. The service offers installation of community alarms and a wide range of sensors that detect things like movement, which are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We would like to know your views about how community alarms and technology enabled care could improve the quality of life for you or those people you support. Your responses will help us plan future services for you and others who use these services.
We want to hear from people who use the Lifeline service and their friends and family, emergency contacts, people who do not use the service at the moment but may do in the future and practitioners working in health and social care.
The easiest way to do this survey is online and you may want to ask a friend of family member to help you do this if you don’t have a computer, tablet or smartphone. However, if you would prefer a paper copy we would be happy to send this to you with a pre-paid envelope. You can order a paper copy on the number below.
The survey closes on 9th January 2022
If you need the survey in another format or language, for example a paper copy, large print or easy read, please contact us:
