In June 2025 the Care Quality Commission (CQC) visited Cornwall Adult Social Care (ASC) for an inspection. Before they visited, we wanted to add pages to the website that weren’t there before, about Autism and Learning Disabilities (LD). We asked the Autism and LD team at Cornwall Council what we should put on those pages, but did not have time to come to the Partnership Board with the ideas before the inspection. So we are coming to ask you now. We have some questions about what is currently on the pages, and how it is laid out. There are also questions about what else you think should be there. The current pages are a start. It can all be changed if there are things that need changing!
Before you answer the questions, please visit the pages that interest you - Autism, or Learning Disability, or both. Please click on the link, and have a good look around. We have tried to design these pages to be easy to access for people with various forms of neurodiversity, or for people with learning disability. We know that we cannot please everyone, and there will be things you don’t like. However, we’re aiming to have most people happy with most things!
We have a series of questions for you, some with a ''good" "OK" and "not good" choices. They also have space where you can tell us more about your answer if you wish. We also ask for suggestions for other organisations or sources of information to include. The more information and connections you can give us, the better we can make the website.
Deadline for sharing your views - Friday 30 January 2026
We will be visiting the Autism Partnership Board and the Learning Disability Partnership Board in December to talk with you about these web pages, and your answers.
Thank you for your time.
Hannah and Ania.
