Wedding Photography in the Pandemic in Cornwall

Alchemy Photography has been a wedding photographer in Cornwall for almost 10 years now and we have photographed nearly 500 weddings. Situated in Delabole North Cornwall we mainly cover weddings in Cornwall.

We also offer commercial photography, property, landscape and family portraits.

We have photographed around a dozen weddings since lockdown was lifted and in many ways the ceremony, the emotion and the feel of the wedding seemed little changed to normal. The obvious changes being masks, social distancing and the resticted numbers were apparent but for the couple it was still a lovely occasion and more intimate.

We've seen some gorgeous custom made masks for the Bride & Groom even though they do not have to wear them in the ceremonyWeddings make an important contribution to the Cornish economy and I hope that we can return to normal soon but I think the current restrictions should not put people off tying the knot and you can always have that big family party in the future.
