JSCCH Project lessons survey

You are invited to complete this short survey because you have been involved in the Joint Strategic Commissioning of Care Homes Strategic project or one of its task and finish groups. It is important that we learn lessons from the projects we deliver, in order to improve what we do. The JSCCH Project Group is holding a workshop to review the results of the survey in early September and the headline results will be shared with Cornwall Council’s senior leadership team.

Your response to this survey will be fully anonymised before being shared further.
