International Recruitment in Social Care

To support us in the current piece of work around the 'International Recruitment Fund for the Adult Social Care Sector', Cornwall are keen to get a better understanding of the range and scope of international recruitment activity happening in social care in the County. We are asking for some further information and data so that we can evidence how the fund can be used to best support care providers with recruitment and retention of international recruits. This will also help to guide future funding bids and enable us to support the market with international recruitment.
