The Health, Social Care and Housing Memorandum of Understanding Group was established by Cornwall Council’s Health and Well-Being Board with the aim to promote collaboration between the sectors.
The Group wants to ensure that the great work that organisations have done to support homeless people during the pandemic is celebrated and not forgotten, and just as importantly, the case for continuing and improving services is heard for the future.
We hope that you will take the opportunity to share your stories of successes and areas for improvement by completing the short survey below, which should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
Those organisations completing the survey will receive a copy of the analysis of the findings, which will be presented back to the Council’s Housing Strategy Group in December.
The deadline for completion is 31 October 2021.
