The purpose of the survey is to give a level of feedback from service users who have recently been involved with a Fire Safety Audit (desk top audit or face-to-face audit) by Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service, Business Fire Safety Team.

The survey is sent to all of premises who have received a Fire Safety Audit (FSA) carried out in the previous month.

Cornwall Fire & Rescue are always looking for ways in which we can improve the delivery of regulatory services and your feedback will assist us with this.

The information you provide on this survey will only be used by Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service to improve the service that they offer. The Data Controller for the information you provide in this survey is Cornwall Council (contact: dpo@cornwall.gov.uk). Your data will be held within the Council’s secure network and premises for up to two years. Access to your information will only be made to authorised members of staff who are required to process it for the purposes outlined in this privacy notice. All responses will be kept confidential and will not be attributed to individual respondents.
