The purpose of the survey is to give a level of feedback from service users who have recently been involved with a Fire Safety Audit (desk top audit or face-to-face audit) by Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service, Business Fire Safety Team.
The survey is sent to all of premises who have received a Fire Safety Audit (FSA) carried out in the previous month.
Cornwall Fire & Rescue are always looking for ways in which we can improve the delivery of regulatory services and your feedback will assist us with this.
