Between 2021 and 2026, Cornwall received £186m of UK Shared Prosperity Fund, supporting businesses and community organisations across the county through the Good Growth Fund. As no replacement funding has been announced, Cornwall Council is exploring new ways to continue supporting local growth and community projects.
One of these approaches is the Cornwall Evergreen Regeneration Fund. Instead of traditional one-off grants, this fund will provide repayable finance, meaning that as funds are repaid, they can be reinvested into new local projects, helping support Cornwall’s communities and economy over the long term.
This survey aims to understand the types of projects and investments that could benefit from this new approach, particularly those that could generate income and repay funding over time.
