Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service
Each year we review our 3-year Integrated Risk Management Plan (IRMP). The IRMP highlights the need for any updates we need to make as a result of the changing landscape we operate in.
We use this annual review to outline key areas of work for that year and to consider any changes, locally or nationally, that might impact on what we need to do, and how we do it.
This year we have identified the need to review how we use our resources to ensure we are taking into account the changing needs of our communities. We also need to look into new ways of delivering our services, as we deal with a global pandemic.
Our aim for this consultation is to get views on how we continue to deliver our services during the third and final year of our IRMP. In addition to the global pandemic, whilst ensuring we utilise our staff as efficiently as possible.
The 12 week consultation is currently live and closes 12.00 Friday 12 February 2021.
