As part of our Childcare Sufficiency Assessment, Cornwall Council is undertaking a survey of childcare providers across the county. We are keen to get a more detailed picture of the early years and childcare market, demand and challenges, and what support might be helpful.
In particular, we need to understand the availability of early years places in the county for our youngest children (9 months - 2 year olds) following changes to free childcare hours entitlements, as well as the availability of early years provision in the county for children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability).
Could you please liaise with other members of your setting to ensure that only one survey is completed - the survey itself shouldn't take more than 15-20 minutes to complete. Survey responses should be completed prior to Friday 20 December 2024.
