From this survey we are hoping to seek feedback from new staff joining the Business Support Service on their induction to the service, as well as ensuring people feel supported and welcome. The induction process is designed for new employees to welcome them to Cornwall Council, and to ensure they are supported in adjusting to their new roles and working environments.
The information provided will be used by the team to help improve the induction process for future new employees. The information given will not be used or shared for anything other than this purpose.
