Let's Talk Social homes

Social homes are in high demand in Cornwall, and we need to manage them in a way that meets the needs of local residents. We have undertaken a lot of work this year on changes to the way we allocate social housing in Cornwall (see documents). This has resulted in a final draft Homechoice Scheme which we are asking for final comments on - with a closing date of Friday 5pm, 24th November 2023.
