Celebrating our heroes

We want to capture the stories of heroes across Cornwall and how they reacted to and worked to help people and communities during the covid-19 outbreak.

Who has helped you, your family, your business or your community during the pandemic? Share your story and say thank you to your heroes in any way you want – you can use photos, videos, presentations etc.

    Just some of the feedback I have received from young parents during Covid-19 about the amazing work from WILD. The practical and emotional help given makes such a difference to lives of children and families in Cornwall. Thank you WILD, you are very special people.

    Cornwall Council & THE HIVE – COVID-19 Respons

    The Hive is a newly formed small Cornwall-focussed charity created to tackle the key issues of food poverty and climate change in the county by using surplus food to feed the thousands of hungry people whose situation has worsened in COVID-19. Importantly, we extend the life of food close to its use-by date in a process inspired by military ration packs.
