Many measures were put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19, ranging from national restrictions such as lockdowns and social distancing to more local ones, such as messages to residents and tourists to advise them of the measures put in place in Cornwall to protect them and others.
Those considered at high risk from contracting Covid-19 were asked to put in place even stricter restrictions to protect themselves from the possibility of more severe symptoms due to their existing conditions.
