Registering and assessing planning applications is only part of the work Cornwall Council’s Planning Service undertakes. The planning service plays a vital, statutory role in shaping, building and protecting Cornwall now and for future generations.
An essential element of an efficient and effective planning system requires ongoing engagement and clear information about what needs to be included in planning applications. This makes sure planning applications meet national and local planning policies, local needs to protect the unique Cornish environment and contributes to providing improvements in the quality development and the infrastructure needed to support development and growth.
We want to hear from you. We work better, smarter and stronger with community input. This planning consultation hub has been designed to help you contribute your ideas and ask questions about featured projects at times that work best for you.
