Parkinson's - Connect & Conquer Event Registration Form

Your NHS Parkinson’s Service, Parkinson's UK and Active Cornwall are excited to be working together again to bring you:

CONNECT and CONQUER  - Parkinson’s Activity Event delivered in East but open to all.

Wednesday 14th October 2026, 13:30-16:30 at Bodmin Leisure Centre

The day includes a variety of practical activity opportunities to try, alongside information sharing and the chance to talk to health and voluntary sector professionals about local support.
Enjoy a relaxed and friendly environment, with plenty of opportunities to meet others in the Parkinson’s community and connect with what’s happening locally.


Please note there will be physical activity opportunities to participate in on the day.
