Caring where it matters survey 2025

We’re planning how health and care services in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly will develop over the next five years — and we need your help.

Our aim is to make sure care is easier to access, closer to home, and available when you need it. This includes more community services, better urgent care options, and new ways of delivering care locally.

Your feedback will shape how we deliver these changes.  At the end, you can choose to stay involved by doing surveys, focus groups or by joining our Neighbourhood Health Feedback Groups.

This survey will close on Monday 15 December 2025.
