Youth Council Candidate Registration 2026

Please complete this survey if you would like to stand for election as a youth councillor.

We are looking for 18 elected members to join Cornwall Youth Council. There will be three elected members for each of the six Constituent areas in Cornwall. You can find out what area you live in here and select 'constituency areas' in the boundaries tab.

To become a candidate for election please fill in the form below. 

After the registration closing date on November 23rd, we will be holding candidate workshops where you will be able to review the data from a recent survey of Cornish young people, determine what the young people in your area need from you and create your election goal that will be voted on. Youth Councillors will be elected to serve from March 2026 - March 2028
