Cornwall Council Tobacco Needs Assessment Survey - 2025

Please complete our short survey to give your views on smoking in Cornwall. We are interested in the views of current smokers, ex-smokers and those who have never smoked. We will use the information you provide to inform our Local Stop Smoking Services and Wider Tobacco Control in Cornwall. 

The results of this survey will be published on the Cornwall Council website and shared with individuals within Cornwall Council. Individuals will not be able to be identified from the results. 

This survey will close on 18/01/2026.
